My wife and I have been customers at Gold In Art Jewelers for the past 11 years. Our first visit was shortly after returning from a trip to Alaska where we became engaged and purchased the engagement ring. I had my engagement ring made somewhere else and used my grandmother’s diamond for the center stone. The space between the halo and center stone was too wide and I wanted to fix it so the stone was more protected. The original designer (at a different store) said there was nothing they could do, but I spoke with Richie and he came up with a simple fix that I love! He really thought outside of the box when he could’ve charged me hundreds of dollars to raise the halo and change the whole ring. Not only that, I dropped my ring off with them and they had it fixed the very next day!
